I-215 Rollover Wreck Injures 3 -- 1 Critically
One person, ejected from the Jeep, landed on the freeway in the accident near the Ramona Expressway.

MEAD VALLEY, CA – One person was gravely injured and two others suffered minor injuries in a solo rollover crash today on Interstate 215 in Perris.
A silver Jeep overturned in the fast lane of the northbound I-215, just south of the Ramona Expressway, about 9:35 a.m. One person was ejected from the SUV and landed in the middle of the freeway, according to reports from the scene.
The California Highway Patrol shut down all northbound lanes about 10 a.m. to accommodate emergency crews.

Riverside County Fire Department paramedics took the victim ejected from the Jeep to Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley. Two paramedics rode in the ambulance, continuing resuscitation efforts on the way to the hospital, according to the fire department.
The two victims with minor injuries were also transported to the medical center for treatment.

All northbound lanes were reopened shortly before 11 a.m., according to the CHP.

Three individuals were injured, one seriously, in a vehicle accident this morning that has led to the closure of northbound Interstate 215, south of Ramona Expressway in Mead Valley, authorities said.
One of the injured was ejected from the vehicle onto the roadway, and all three of the injured parties, one with injuries deemed serious and two with minor injuries, were transported by ambulances to an area hospital, the Riverside County Fire Department.
As of 10:30 a.m., California Highway Patrol closed the northbound I-215 lanes. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
