BREAKING: Fire crews are at the scene of the blaze which was "putting up a lot of smoke and flames."

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Riverside County Fire Department crews are at the scene of a crematorium fire in Lake Elsinore on Wednesday afternoon. The unusual call is related to a "large" cremation at the location that was "putting up a lot of smoke and flames," fire officials tell Patch.
Logs indicate the fire was reported at the Lakepointe Crematorium on Crane St. in Lake Elsinore at 12:34 p.m.
"They are doing a cremation right now and it was a large cremation so they have us out there to monitor," a fire spokeswoman told Patch. "It is contained to the oven but we are there to ensure that it doesn't spread into the building."
