It seems our cast of characters is starting to unravel amongst themselves
This is what one of imaginary friends of Wildomar (who claims not to have attended the meeting) has to say about one of this cities citizens that did bother to attend and express concern about an issue.
“curmudgeon berated the city hall in some nonsensical manner”
This is about the woman who asked the council why the street sweeper zooms around town creating a cloud of dust all the while doing nothing more than spreading the dirt around. Her question concerned the lack of oversight of a service this city is paying for.
The city council informed her this item was not on the agenda therefore they would discuss it no further.
What I have to add, is over time one will learn that everything on the agenda has been decided ahead of time. You will given three minutes to voice your concern at which time you will go sit down and shut so that the city council can properly ignore you leaving them time at the end of the meeting to throw useless factoids like San Francisco collects 48% of its property taxes while Wildomar collects 1% (What is left out of that statement is that San Francisco is officially the City and County of San Francisco, the only consolidated city-county in California) thereby collecting all the property tax due both.
