Deadline Extended For Measure AA Committee Applications In Wildomar
The city said appointments to the committee are made at-large and will be voted upon by the city council.

WILDOMAR, CA — The application deadline for the City of Wildomar's Measure AA Oversight Advisory Committee has been extended, city officials announced on Wednesday.
Measure AA provide local funds for public safety and other city services. The committee is tasked with overseeing all revenues received through Measure AA, a one-cent transactions and use tax measure that passed in 2018, are spent on permissible uses outlined in the city's municipal code.
The committee meets every fourth Thursday in February, May, August, and the first Thursday in December at 6:30 p.m.

The qualifications for committee applicants include:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reside within the city limits
- Pass a background check
- Cannot be a employee, contractor, vendor or consultant who does business with the city
The city said appointments are made at-large and will be voted upon by the city council.

Residents interested in applying must submit their application by 5 p.m. on July 30.
