At the Wildomar City Council Meeting on Wednesday November 13, 2013 during the presentation put on by Golden Eagle Multi-Family Properties about the Villa Sienna Apartment Project and the effect on changes to the General Plan the developer made mention of the lack of Very High Density Residential Properties available in other areas of Wildomar.
During this presentation a question was asked of the City Council, as the audience is to be silent, “There are a few areas in the northern part of the city but who would want to live there around that motocross track? Does anyone live around there?"
Not a single City Council Member called out this developer for denigrating one of the many unusual and different areas of our city know to many as Sedco Hills with this disparaging remark.
This appears to be a typical behavior of the City Council in their mad rush to build out the prime areas of Wildomar and shows a total disregard for the city as a whole.
