DUI Checkpoint Announced In Eastvale This Weekend: What To Know
If you plan on drinking, hire a ride share or designate a driver! DUI face around $13,500 in fines as well as a suspended license, cops say.

EASTVALE, CA —The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, Jurupa Valley Station, will conduct a Driving Under the Influence Checkpoint from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m. on December 20 at an undisclosed location, the department shared.
DUI checkpoint locations are determined based on data showing incidents of impaired driving-related crashes. The primary purpose of DUI checkpoints is to promote public safety by taking suspected impaired drivers off the road, according to Deputy Brian Parham.
“Impaired drivers put others on the road at significant risk,” Parham said. “Any prevention measures that reduce the number of impaired drivers on our roads significantly improve traffic safety.”
