Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory at Lake Elsinore Outlets has begun offering hand-scooped Cascade Glacier Ice Cream.
To celebrate, the store is offering 99-cent scoops of ice cream on March 31.
There are eight mouth-watering flavors to choose from: Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry Cheesecake, Moose Tracks, Cookies & Cream, Mint Chocolate Chip, Birthday Cake, and Sugar Free Caramel Praline.
