Raising Cane's Opens Its First Lake Elsinore Store
The Lake Elsinore store is the 63rd Raising Cane's location in California, according to the Louisiana-based company.

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — The first Lake Elsinore Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers store has officially opened, making it the fast-food chain's fourth Southwest Riverside County locale.
The new eatery at 29250 Central Avenue celebrated its grand opening on March 8 "with a party on [its] patio" featuring a DJ, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, prizes and free t-shirts. (A skydiving Elvis and the Lake Elsinore Storm mascot, Thunder, were also slated to appear.)
“We’re excited to continue our growth throughout Temecula Valley ....,” said Kevin Skoglund, the company's area leader of restaurants. “We’re expecting to have a lot of new and returning customers stop by the restaurant and have hired more than 160 incredible local crewmembers ... .”

The Raising Cane's menu is simple: battered chicken fingers, French fries, coleslaw, secret sauce, Texas toast, lemonade, iced tea, and other beverages.
The Lake Elsinore store is the 63rd Raising Cane's location in California, according to the Louisiana-based company. Three other Raising Cane's stores operate in Southwest Riverside County: on Antelope Road in Menifee, on Madison Avenue in Murrieta, and on Margarita Road in Temecula.

The Lake Elsinore restaurant is open from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday, and 9 a.m. to 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday. Customers can take out, dine in, or use the store's double drive-thru. A Raising Cane's mobile app is also available.
