Gas Price Rises For Second Time in 31 Days Near Lake Elsinore
The average price has risen 52.7 cents per gallon since the start of the year, data shows.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County rose four-tenths of a cent Thursday to $3.60, the second increase in the past 31 days.
The average price is seven-tenths of a cent less than one week ago and 9.1 cents lower than one month ago but 75.2 cents more than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It has risen 52.7 cents since the start of the year.
The other increase over the past 31 days came on Saturday when the average price rose one-tenth of a cent.

A 20-day streak of falling prices ended July 2 when the average price was unchanged. It dropped each of the next two days, was unchanged last Thursday, Monday and Wednesday.
