Gas Prices Tiptoe Up In Riverside County

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Riverside County rose one-tenth of a cent Wednesday to $3.181, one day after dropping four-tenths of a cent.

The average price is 1 cent more than one week ago, 12 cents higher than one month ago and 39.4 cents greater than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

A 17-day streak of increases ended Saturday when the average price was unchanged. The average price dropped one-tenth of a cent on Sunday and rose two-tenths of a cent on Monday.
