Groundbreaking Set For Assisted-Living Facility In Menifee
The $30 million project will have 100 units, a memory-care wing, commercial kitchen, pool and landscaped outdoor areas.
MENIFEE, CA — WellQuest Living of Menifee Lakes and Consolidated Contracting are partnering for a groundbreaking event today, Thursday, to mark the construction launch of a $30 million, new, assisted-living facility in Menifee.
When completed, the project on Antelope Road will offer more than 100 living-care units, common areas, landscaped, outdoor relaxation areas, along with a pool, water features, a full-service commercial kitchen and a memory-care wing, according to San Clemente-based general contractor, Consolidated Contracting.
Although no definitive date was given for completion, one company official said it could likely be in 2021.

WellQuest currently operates full-service, senior-community facilities in Fountain Valley, Pasadena and Woodland Hills.
