HANGING TREE NOT NEEDED KOOL-AID WILL DO

Wednesday September 11, 2013 6:30 pm  at the City of Wildomar Council meeting to be held in council chambers the city council will swallow the first of two elixirs.
Agenda Item 2.1 is the first reading of an ordinance establishing a city-wide Community Facilities District CFD better known as a Mello Roos District. For the measly sum of $15,000 the city will become the banker of choice for future development in the City of Wildomar. This CFD will lock in all future homeowners into a $590.00 additional annual charge +2% automatic annual increases to be a resident of our city. At the same time this ordinance will lock in the current developer impact fees at the ridiculously low price of $4,221 per dwelling unit for Tract 32535 consisting of 84 homes just months prior to the city raising these fees. (Current DIF in Temecula $8,400 per Dwelling Unit) + Quimby Fees which Wildomar does not collect).
