Harvest Moon Over Lake Elsinore: Photo Of The Day

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — Patch reader Kellie Colleen Morris captured this beautiful reflection of the moon off Lake Elsinore's shining waters.

"My intent for taking this shot was getting the tail end of the September 2021 harvest moon over Lake Elsinore. The camera didn't capture a good shot of the moon itself...what it did capture was the reflection on the Harvest moon on the lake. This was not visible when looking at the lake," she wrote to Patch in an email.
