The event which began in 2023, stemmed from not enough kids getting the most out of local egg hunts. Instead, the city dovetailed from the popular "Trunk or Treat" Halloween party to include the joy of Easter and spring celebrations.

Registration to host a trunk is FREE, but space is limited — sign up early to reserve your spot!

"The Bunny Trunk Hop is "trunk-or-treat" style, where kids can take their Easter baskets from trunk to trunk and collect eggs and candy," according to the city. Each selected registrant will decorate in a springtime, Easter theme.

During the event, guests will "hop from trunk to trunk collecting sweets and goodies while enjoying free activities and amusements for the whole family. This event is free and open to all ages!"
