The Press-Enterprise is reporting that a lawsuit filed against the Lake Elsinore Unified School District by an assistant principal has been settled for $175,000.
The suit brought forth by Kathryn Jones in March 2012 alleged district officials took part in dicey behavior at annual retreats for administrators, according to The Press-Enterprise.
Although the district denied the allegations, a settlement was reached in June and court records show the district did not admit any liability, The Press-Enterprise reported.
