No Injuries Reported In Lake Elsinore House Fire

LAKE ELSINORE, CA — A non-injury residential fire Thursday afternoon in Lake Elsinore was quickly doused but not before it spread to nearby trees, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

The blaze at Gunnerson Street and Riverside Drive was reported at 3:55 p.m.

When crews arrived on scene, they found the single-family dwelling "well involved with fire and extending into the nearby trees," the agency reported.

Despite the situation, no injuries nor evacuations were reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
