The City of Moreno Valley doesn't let lack of money stand in the way of progress. The city council agreed in June to pay more than $134,000 to update is bicycle Master Plan to make city streets more cyclist friendly and encourage people to get on their bikes.
The update is being funded with a $136,250 Community-Based Transportation Planning grant the California Department of Transportation gave the city in October 2012.
