Drivers, choose alternate routes.

CORONA, CA — A SIG Alert was called on the eastbound 91 Freeway in Corona Thursday morning, closing the HOV and #1 and #2 lanes, California Highway Patrol reported.

At 8:30 a.m., CHP and Caltrans alerted drivers to expect delays on the eastbound 91 freeway near McKinley Street in Corona.

"The lanes are closed due to a traffic incident, with an unknown duration of reopening," a Caltrans spokesperson said. "Plan your route to avoid delays."
