SIG Alert: I-15 Southbound At 91 Freeway Slows Due To Multiple Crashes
California Highway Patrol was on the scene of an overturned vehicle crash and another nearby involving a large dump truck.
CORONA, CA —Drivers, be advised: the I-15 and 91 freeways were at a standstill Tuesday morning. Multiple crashes blocked traffic on the I-15 Southbound in Corona at the 91 Freeway, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Just after 8:30 a.m., two vehicles collided for unspecified reasons in the area of I-15 Southbound at Magnolia Avenue. One vehicle involved ended up on its roof, blocking the #1 and #2 lanes, according to reports from the scene.
"A grey Honda and a blue BMW collided, and the Honda overturned as a result," according to dispatch operators. "An iPhone recorded the traffic collision."

This was an injury crash, and emergency responders and tow trucks were still arriving at the scene as of 9:30 a.m. No other information was immediately available.
Just after 9:15 a.m., a second crash was reported, this time on the 91 connector to the I-15 southbound freeway, according to CHP.

"A Hyundai and a Peterbilt dump truck collided in the center lanes," dispatch said. Both vehicles were attempting to get off the roadway as of 9:30 a.m.
No injuries were reported from that collision, according to CHP, and no further information was immediately available.
