Don’t sit at home and binge watch shows this winter break. Get out and have some fun with a little help from the Riverside Transit Agency. In celebration of winter break, RTA is offering all students, grades 1 through 12, 25-cent fares aboard any bus. Just flash your student ID and ride for a quarter to the movies, the mall, to a friend’s house — anywhere we go, anytime we operate. And if you have a seasonal job, we’ll take you there too.
Plus, with comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi service and USB ports in most buses, there’s never been a better time to ride the bus. Show up in style, not in Mom’s minivan.
Parents, rest assured that we’ll get your kids where they need to go safely. With trained drivers and a clean environment, passenger safety is our number one priority.

Below is just some of the cool things you can do during your break. Some require a short walk, skateboard or bike ride to and from the bus stop. And yes, you can take your bike or skateboard on the bus. If you’re going to the beach, you can also take your surfboard.
