Teen Killed In Solo-Vehicle Crash Freeway Crash In RivCo
Witnesses told officers the vehicle hit the center divider and landed in the No. 1 lane.
CORONA, CA — An 18-year-old woman was killed in a solo-vehicle crash in Corona Saturday.
The crash was reported around 4:10 a.m. Saturday on the Riverside (91) Freeway east of Green River Road, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log.
Witnesses told officers the vehicle hit the center divider and landed in the No. 1 lane.

Responding officers and paramedics found one person on the ground and began performing CPR, but the person was pronounced dead at the scene and Riverside County coroner's personnel were requested to assist.
The woman was identified as Angelica Quesada of Hawaiian Gardens, in Orange County, according to the Riverside County coroner's office.

The westbound lanes of the 91 Freeway were temporarily closed for investigation, but have since been reopened.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
