Tekkie Thanks & Turkeys

Lynda StarWriter shares Tekkie Thanks & Turkeys Thanksgiving 2013

This is the perfect day to count cyber-blessings. Two months ago, I knew little about HTML5 (Hypertext Markup Language) in building a website, click-on links, e-commerce and the like.  On this Thanksgiving Day, I know just enough to be pleasantly surprised that technology is more user-friendly than it was five years ago.  I wrote off TV remote controls years ago. Besides, I don't have a TV anyway.  I'd like to share a list of tekkie things for which I'm grateful – which is to say that I'm thankful for having evolved into using a common touch screen and my cell phone adeptly.

Email ~ PDF ~Website Templates ~ Smart Phones ~ Netflix ~ Google Glasses ~ Notepads ~ Laptops ~ Bluetooth ~ The Cloud ~ MP3 ~ Flash Drives ~ Digital SLR Cameras (JPG) ~ GIS Mapping ~ On-Line Purchasing ~ Internet.

Turkeys with the thermometer indicator have been around since I was a kid. Back then, it was tekkie cool, too.  I'd like to send everyone an easy, breezy, abundant,  peaceful Thanksgiving Holiday.
