The Devils in the Lack of Details

The recently posted Wildomar 2013-2014 budget shows projected revenue from Measure Z as being $347,800 with $246,300 as being first years budget. This would leave one to believe that there is a $101,500 surplus. The reality is $50,000 has already been spent on a Consultant Service Agreement for Measure Z Special Tax Services and Assessment Engineering Services. This same task was done for the old LMD 2006-1 for in the neighborhood of $16,000 two years running. The balance of $51,500 will more than likely be spent on the annual audit (at the rate they burn through money)
