WHO REALLY OWNS YOUR PARKS WILDOMAR?

While looking at the Riverside County Land Information System some very disturbing information was obtained. Of the Three Parks in Wildomar not a one of them has Wildomar listed as the Owner. Marna O'Brien consist of 3 parcels, all three have the Owners address listed as C/O REAL PROP DIV P O BOX 1180 RIVERSIDE CA. 92502 which is the address of Riverside County Economic Development Agency (EDA). Windsong Consist of 2 parcels with Owners address listed as the same as Marna. The big suprise was Heritage Regency Park which has the Owners address listed as 252 N. Main St. Lake Elsinore, CA 92530, a quick google search turns up an interesting name, Ortega Trails. I don't know about you but if I own something I make sure all the paperwork is in order.
