WHY WE OPPOSE THE ALBERHILL VILLAGES INITATIVE!

Friday, June 10, 2016 the 2nd initiative was filed with the City of Lake Elsinore by the same group. We believe the City Attorney, City Council and city staff need to stop the developers latest initiative just like they have with the first initiative which is still in court and will be heard July 27, 2016? Our Lake Elsinore City Council, Planning Commission and staff have been working on Alberhill Villages for years. We believe they are the experts and should be in control of the building in our city the majority of "we" voters have no clue when it comes to building large developments. Tell us how many of you read the original initiative documents, be honest? How many of you understand everything there is to know about building this project?

Tonight June 14, 2016 at 7 p.m. Alberhill Villages is on the City Council Agenda, the project will be approved or denied. We believe Alberhill Villages should be approved as the city staff has requested.

The link below is today's Press Enterprise article April 29, 2016 the latest they have reported on what we believe is an unconstitutional initiative which would possibly bankrupt the City of Lake Elsinore, the Alberhill Villages Initiative.

It reminds us of Iraq's' attempt to take over Kuwait, in an abstract sort of way, hostile, costly to the people, etc. etc.

The Alberhill Villages Initiative appeal was denied yesterday in the California Supreme Court.

We all need to thank Lake Elsinore's City Council and City Attorney Liebold for looking out for the welfare of the people of Lake Elsinore. As Attorney Liebold stated the initiative is unconstitutional along with many other problems.

ASK YOURSELVES WHY IS CASTLE & COOKE DOING THIS? Builders are building in Lake Elsinore why does Castle & Cooke continue not to build and make up all sorts of excuses not to build? Where is the 850 student elementary school they have said they are going to build for over a decade (over 10 years)?
