Wildomar City Council Meeting Marijuana Moratorium

The City of Wildomar will be extending an Urgency Ordinance which temporarily bans private outdoor Marijuana Cultivation and Non-medical Marijuana Facilities for an additional 10 months and 15 days past the already imposed 45 day moratorium (until December 12, 2017. If you have an opinion on this please show up at the city council meeting Wednesday, January 11, 2017 and make your voice heard.

The meeting is at 6:30 pm in the City Council Chambers at 23873 Clinton Keith Road, Suite 106, Wildomar CA. (Around back)
The agenda item is Public Hearing Item 2.4 Titled
AN URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA EXTENDING A TEMPORARY MORATORIUM PERTAINING TO PRIVATE MARIJUANA CULTIVATION AND NONMEDICAL MARIJUANA FACILITIES.

This city currently bans the sale of medical marijuana within the city by

Municipal Code 17.12.040 Uses allowed in zone classifications.

A medical marijuana dispensary is prohibited in all zone classifications and no permit of any type shall be issued therefor. (Ord. 18 § 2, 2008, RCC § 17.12.040)
