Notice of Intent to hold a Public Hearing for Placing Liens on Parcels with Unpaid Charges on Trash Collection Services RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council provide a Notice of Intent to hold a Public Hearing on July 9, 2014, for placing liens on parcels with unpaid charges on trash collection services.
I can't wait to hear what this means in actual terms.
