Wildomar Home Damaged In Fire

WILDOMAR, CA — A blaze that erupted Monday in a Wildomar home caused major damage, but no injuries were reported.

The fire broke out about 3:30 p.m. in a residence in the 34000 block of Orange Street, near Bundy Canyon Road, just west of Interstate 15, according to Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

According to the fire department, multiple engine crews responding to the fire encountered heavy smoke and flames within the single-story house.

Firefighters battled the blaze for nearly 30 minutes, fully containing it just after 4 p.m., officials said.

It was unclear whether the property was occupied.
