Why is this playground apparatus chained up like a White Elephant
The parks are open daily from dawn to dusk for all to enjoy, unless you are disabled. Then you get to look at what might be a fun. The first thing you see is a wheelchair swing, but the fence around it is padlocked with no instructions as to when it might be open.
Then you think maybe i'll just use the rest of the Tot-Lot equipment. Sorry there is no way in because the ADA ramp was removed.
