The incident occurred near Jamboree Road and Main Street in Irvine, where Oh cut in front of a car and hit the brakes on the Toyota Tacoma he was driving, according to police.

“The person driving the other car was able to get by, but the Tacoma driver followed them,” the Irvine Police Department said Tuesday in a social media post. “When they stopped at a traffic light, the Tacoma driver pointed a gun at the other driver.”

An officer in the area found the Tacoma with drone assistance, according to police, who said a handgun was in the truck.

Oh was booked into the Orange County Sheriff’s Department around 6:30 p.m. May 14 by Irvine police and released May 30, according to jail records.
