"Voters who still have their vote-by-mail ballot can drop it off at any polling location, vote center, or ballot drop box," said California Secretary of State Shirley Weber. "If you're voting in person, you have a right to cast your ballot as long as you are in line by 8 p.m."

If you are not registered to vote, there's still time. Same-day voter registration is available at each county election office, polling place and vote center across the state. To do so, you just need to fill out a voter registration form at the site.
