Gotta Tackle the Fundamentals First

Dear Friends and Neighbors,

La Mesa is a wonderful little town with unique neighborhoods, a historic Village and the potential to be an even greater destination for individuals, families, tourists and businesses.

But before the festivals, before the parades, before the declarations and proclamations, even before tackling our high crime rate, pension deficit and boosting business, we have to do the basic of eliminating any and all blight.
