LM National Little League Finishes 2012 Season, Charges Into Tournament of Champions

The La Mesa National Little League concludes regular season and advances to District Tournament of Champions.

The La Mesa National Little League recently concluded a spirited season, including highly competitive inter-league play against neighboring Rancho San Diego.

The Majors Brewers, Minors Camo Padres, and CAPS (Coach Pitch) “Swingin’ Friars” won their respective league divisions.  The Brewers and Camo Padres then advanced to the District 33 Tournament of Champions (TOC).

During Tuesday's single elimination playoff game against the Mission Trails Majors Pirates, star Brewers pitcher, Jackson Huelett, scored an astounding three home runs.  Tournament play concludes this week with All Star teams being formed for play in July and August.
