Candy Pros to Open at Grossmont Center

LA MESA, CA: Something sweet is coming to La Mesa soon.

Candy Pros, the National City-based bulk candy wholesaler, is opening a new store in Grossmont Center next month.

"This will be just as great as our warehouse in National City, just a little more convenient for our customers that live closer to our second location," Candy Pros stated in an emailed announcement.

The La Mesa store, at 5500 Grossmont Center Drive, Suite J-9 — next to Olive Garden and Chuck E Cheese — will feature more favor-type material, decorative supplies and melting chocolates, according to the company.

Candy Pros is aiming to open the store during the first week of May, and said the official opening date will be announced soon.
