Father Joe's Villages Reopens El Cajon Thrift Store

The store will have a new look and larger footprint.

EL CAJON, CA – Father Joe's Villages will hold a grand reopening ceremony Friday for its thrift store and donation center in El Cajon.

The store is the second to be remodeled and reopen this year after the Imperial Beach thrift store reopened Feb. 1. After the fanfare of the ceremony, residents will be able to shop the store for furniture, housewares and clothing while enjoying the store's new look and larger footprint.

Sales proceeds from both stores benefit Father Joe's programs that help the city's homeless and vulnerable residents. According to the Father Joe's, the organization helped more than 14,500 people last year through their programs and services, including addiction treatment, childcare, housing access and meals for the hungry.
