- "The 1940s Radio Hour" is at Lamplighters Community Theatre in La Mesa through the weekend. The musical takes place in 1942 during Christmas in New York City. (KUSI)
- A 25-year-old man who was shot to death last week inside an apartment in Spring Valley was identified as Jordan Amon Farmer, authorities said. The San Diego County Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy and said the preliminary cause of death was a gunshot wound to the torso and the manner of death was homicide. (City News Service)
- Eight people were arrested during a five-day undercover sting operation targeting San Diego-area prostitution crimes, California Attorney General Rob Bonta announced. During the countywide crackdown by the multi-agency San Diego Human Trafficking Task Force, law enforcement personnel worked undercover, posing as customers of illegal sex services by responding to illicit online advertisements. - San Diego International Airport and elected officials broke ground on the T1 project, which is intended to replace the outdate Terminal 1. Construction on the project began Nov. 1. It has been divided into three components: terminals and roadways; airside improvements; and a new administration building. (City News Service)
