Grossmont Village

On your way out of the city stepping on the edge of El Cajon and Casa de Oro, you’ll find Grossmont Village. This small yet adorable community offers an attractive variety of townhouses that you may find tempting for both living and/or investing.

Grossmont Village is located in La Mesa (91942), and less than a mile away from the intersection of freeways 8 and 125. Stepping on the base of Mount Helix, these condos offer a convenient commuting location as well as beautiful views of El Cajon valley. It is biker and jogger friendly and located only 15 minutes from the heart of San Diego.

Built in 1969 and 1974, the 150 condos of Grossmont Village vary from studio apartments (576 sq ft) to units with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (up to 1212 sq ft). There are a variety of one and two-story townhouses with different designs, making amiable homes for all types of residents. You may find bachelors, young couples, small families, senior citizens, as well as friendly dogs and cats that share the green landscape and swimming pools with club houses, which somehow stay quiet and happy all year round. A truly beautiful place.
