Hundreds Without Power In East County
SDG&E customers in the La Presa, Mount Helix, Rancho San Diego and Spring Valley area are without power amid a heat wave. (BREAKING)
RANCHO SANTA FE, CA – Hundreds of customers are without power amid a heat wave Monday in East County. San Diego Gas & Electric reported on its outage map that 707 customers are without power in the communities of La Presa, Mount Helix, Rancho San Diego and Spring Valley.
The outage started at 4:35 p.m. SDG&E estimates the power will be restored by about 7:30 p.m.
SDG&E is assessing the outage to determine the cause. No other information is currently available.
