Who Should Attend?
Noah Homes welcomes everyone who is interested in learning more about the latest advancements in health care, prevention, research, planned giving and the changing environment of caring for adults with disabilities.
Meet the Subject Matter Expert:
Since 1997, Christy Wilson has served as the Executive Director of the Rancho Santa Fe Foundation. At the head of this growing organization, Ms. Wilson is charged with leading the development function, overseeing 300 component funds and creating philanthropic and leadership opportunities in the San Diego County region. Notable accomplishments during her tenure include the establishment of The Patriots Initiative, focused on raising awareness of the needs of the military in San Diego County andBetterTogether, which is focused on building a collaboration of local private and family foundations that share the commitment and passion to address regional and community needs. Additionally, in partnership with several members of her Board of Directors, the Rancho Santa Fe Women’s Fund was created in 2004. Since its inception, this fund has granted more than $2 million to 70+ different nonprofit organizations. Ms. Wilson is a member of several professional organizations including the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), North County Philanthropy Council, and the national Partnership for Philanthropic Planning. She is the Secretary of the Board of San Diego Grantmakers. Ms. Wilson holds a B.S. from the University of California, Davis, a lifetime teaching credential in the State of California and a M.A. from the University of San Diego.
