Neighborhood Rocks at Northmont Elementary School Fall Carnival

Spooky and sweet, annual PTA event featured a live band, dead bodies and a haunted cafeteria.

Principal Melody Belcher dressed as a pirate, and the Grateful Dads band led by Tony Lawrence serenaded parents and children as Northmont Elementary School held its annual “spooky carnival” Saturday—an annual PTA fundraiser.

Families dressed in scary and sweet outfits for judging and playing games. In the school cafeteria, kids shrieked as they navigated a darkened maze populated by frightening surprises.

Outside, families enjoyed game and food booths. Face painting and a fun zone—with inflatable jumps and slides—beckoned as well. A cake walk was icing.
