Christian founded the company in 2011 after recognizing that there was a niche in San Diego’s residential real estate market. In looking at potential acquisitions around San Diego County, he found many homeowners who could have increased their property values prior to sale had they renovated. He thought, if only there was some way to partner with these homeowners to increase the value of their homes prior to sale, with his company providing the capital, handling the renovation and serving as the listing brokerage. That way he could help ensure the homeowner sells the home for its maximum value. The homeowner could make more money with virtually no risk- a win-win for both parties.
Since inception, the company has renovated and sold 51 homes in San Diego. Christian is now taking the model even further, expanding its reach through introduction of a franchise system, with initial focus on the western United States.
