The restaurant, operated by local business owner Phil Palumbo, celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and a raffle drawing for prizes, such as flat screen TVs, electronic tablets, MP3 players, gift cards and more. Ronald McDonald® also did an on-lot magic show. Representatives from the offices of State Senator Joel Anderson and State Assemblyman Brian Jones were also on hand to provide certificates of recognition for the grand re-opening event.
