Missing Man With Dementia Found Safe: Police

Update: Amir Abbas Khorram, 84, has been found, police said.

LA MESA, CA – Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man with dementia who went missing in La Mesa.

Amir Abbas Khorram, 84, was last seen a couple hours ago in the area of 7100 Colony Road, according to the La Mesa Police Department. Khorram suffers from dementia and may not know his address.

Khorram is Middle Eastern, 5-foot-6 and 140 pounds. He has white hair and a white beard and uses a cane. He was last seen wearing a beige shirt, beige pants and dark brown shoes. He speaks both English and Farsi.

Anyone with information about Khorram was asked to call La Mesa police at 619-667-1400.
