On the foothill of Mission Trails Regional Park you may found several Condominium Complexes developed in the early 2000’s. The most popular complexes sit on Mission George Rd and house the intrepid San Diegans that seek the joy of outdoor living while being at a reasonable distance to anywhere in San Diego County.
Throughout my adventures representing buyers and sellers I have found 3 beautiful communities. “Treviso”, “Aubry Glen”, and “Pepper Townhouses”.

Treviso is a pretty new development (2005) with numerous floor plans to choose from; from spacious 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom (1892 Sq Ft) to cozy 2 bedrooms / 2 bathroom (1015 Sq Ft). Outstanding stone finishing throughout the community and a beautiful swimming pool to help you refresh throughout the hot Santee summers. HOA fees are very low for this part of town and although they do not include any utilities, they do promise to keep the community sparkling clean.
Aubry Glen is the newest complex in the area (2007). Still west of the 125 freeway and steps away from Mission Trails, this community offers 2 bedroom /2 bathroom homes (1097 Sq Ft) as well as 3 bedroom / 3.5 Bathrooms (1631 Sq Feet). The HOA fees are also on the low side and the amenities include a gorgeous view of the trails as well as a swimming pool with a hot tub.
Although Pepper Townhouses is the oldest complex in the area, they are going through a full reconstruction that involves each unit’s façade. The new face of each of these town houses will make you feel like you are in Disneyworld, “seriously”. Pepper townhomes has certainly stepped up its game to compete with the new developments in the area at no extra cost for the home-owners. The community offers 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom units (970 Sq Ft) and 3 bedroom /2 bathroom (1344 Sq Ft). Amenities include views of the trails as well as 2 swimming pools strategically located at every owner’s convenience.
