Spring Valley Apartments Bought for $850,000
The building dates to 1979 and has nine units.
A Spring Valley apartment building has been bought by a Poway firm for $850,000, according to the San Diego Daily Transcript.
The nine-unit building at 9094 Harness St. was purchased by Snider Property #2 LLC of Poway from the Canzoneri Family Trust last month.
The property has reverted to its 2003 value, according to the report. In 2005, the property sold for $1.16 million.
