Steve Buice Sang to Tony Bennett, But Leaves His Heart in La Mesa

Quality Escrow on Baltimore Drive recently hired Steve Buice as business development manager. But while he’s well-known around town as he makes contacts, you might not know that he loves to write songs, has appeared on a nationally syndicated ABC show and on a daytime talk show hosted by Jenny Jones—and once had the opportunity to sing to Tony Bennett!

I see him everywhere making contacts.  He is always at the Board of Realtors for all meetings, in our office at least once a day as well as all the other offices in the area.

If one didn’t know about Quality Escrow before, they do now.  Steve graduated from Point Loma High in 1975 and attended Asbury Theological Seminary and has been working in the local real estate industry since 1978. 

His first job was as a sales associate at Westwood Village in La Mesa on a project that was converting apartments to condos. In the intervening years, he has always worked in real estate-related fields in the La Mesa area. 

He considers himself fortunate to be living in the Lake Murray area of the town he loves.  Although he is one of the hardest workers I have ever met, there is also a creative side that delights and surprises. He designed the new logo for Quality Escrow.

The Last Time Interest Rates Were This Low

The last time Freddie Mac recorded mortgage rates this low was in 1971.
