In Lamorinda: Auditions for Performing Ensemble

Performing Ensemble is an audition based musical theatre training and performing program for students aged 8-18. Students will work with professional directors, choreographers, musical directors and vocal coaches over a four-month period to prepare a showcase of solos, duets, and group numbers. The ensemble and artistic staff will work together to create a polished and professional product to “take on the road” and perform at events throughout the Bay Area.

Auditions will be held on Wednesday May 20th, 3:30 - 6pm. Please prepare 16-32 bars of a musical theatre song and be prepared to dance. An accompanist will be provided, but CDs with accompaniment are also acceptable. Please no acapella singing (without sheet music or a karaoke track). Please bring a completed audition form (emailed to you with audition confirmation), current head shot and resume. Expect to stay 45 minutes to complete your vocal and dance audition. Students will be notified of their acceptance within one week after auditions.
