The Lafayette City Council meeting on Monday September 28 starts early with a closed session at 6:30pm. The open session begins at 7pm and includes:
•Introduction of new Police Canine and Planning Technicians
•Refinancing of Successor Agency Bonds
•Presentation by Appeals Hearing Board on their annual goals and accomplishments
•Presentation on proposed changes to Federal E-Rate Funding Program, which provides discounted internet access and equipment to public libraries and K-12 schools.
·Agreement with All Ages Recreation Downtown (AARD) for community recreation programming, senior services programming, youth and teen services, intergenerational programming, and related recreation services.
·Public Hearing on adoption of Objective Design Standards Phase 2
·Amendment to the City Manager Employment Agreement with Niroop K. Srivatsa
