Campo Boys Win Big At North Coast Swim Meet
North Coast Section swimming and diving competition filled Concord Community Pool Saturday - and Campo's boys team ended up tapping the edge of the pool first, with Miramonte and Acalanes close behind.
The North Coast Section swim meet filled Concord Community Pool on Cowell Road with cheering athletes and parents Saturday.
In girls results Saturday, San Ramon Valley won the team championship with Carondelet in second. Campolindo was the team winner in the boys.
Some local swimmers won individual championships. Kristian Ipsen of Clayton, who attends De La Salle High, won the boys diving competition.

Madison White of Carondelet won two girls events, the 100-yard backstroke in 53.74 and the 100-yard freestyle for girls in 50.49.
Allison Gargalikis of Carondelet won the 100-year breaststroke in 1:01.21.

Carondelet’s team of Natalie Amberg, Nicole Palmer, Madison White and Chelsea Chenault won the 400-yard freestyle relay.
