Crews Extinguish Orinda Attic Fire

ORINDA, Ca - Firefighters battled a blaze in the attic of an Orinda residence this morning, according to a Contra Costa County Fire Protection District dispatcher.

The single-alarm fire was reported at 9:03 a.m. in the first block of Woodcrest Road and was extinguished 30 minutes later, according to the dispatcher.

There were no reported injuries, the dispatcher said.

No other information about the fire was immediately available.
